“Phoenix city locates among residential projects in downtown,Beijing.From this reason,it needs to be more attractive than any other project in order to draw attention from customers. We tried to make this project to be a community complex by providing residential buildings, shopping complex, standard swimming pool, recreation areas and splendid-decorated landscape. The landscape is decoreted in a modern Chinese style by using simplified Chinese element.
